Dear Listeners this full Juma speech explains:
– We all need the rehmat (mercy) of Allah & great examples given
– Allah forgives bad people due to good people (Incident of Ibrahim ibn Adham (RA) drunken boy)
– Allah’s rehmat means despite rules in place Allah makes exceptions and has mercy on individuals
– Allah applies this rehmat in this world and the afterlife too:
– Wife of Harun ar-Rashid – Zubaida being forgiven by wearing Scarf during Azan
– Incident of sinful person being called close to Allah having all sins told but still forgiven
– Allah has 100 rehmats and only 1 has been scattered in the world
How to gain Allah’s Rehmat:
– Don’t advertise your deeds as Allah knows all you are doing (have Ehsaan)
– Have constant relationship/ friendship with Allah always joining with him
– Ask for forgiveness
– Hear Quran carefully with attention as this is also an act of worship (Allah will recite Quran in Qiyamat)
– Be merciful to others and be beneficial for them (Bagdad fire worshiper seeing Prophet Muhammad ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) by helping poor person & becoming Muslim)
– Hazrat Hasan (RA) wanting to take person who gave him poison to be in his heaven
